The strategic focus of SAKTI SIKHA work is sustainable livelihood and ecological security. The major beneficiaries of our work are the rural poor families who don’t have alternative source of livelihood options. SAKTI SIKHA works through field based dedicated and professional team to achieve its goal. Currently 11 field based team are working in different location of the state to manage the day to day field operation of several programmes. Each team are working under a Team Leader.
SAKTI SIKHA’s professionals Team are currently working with more than 30000 families in 257 villages. Once in a year all team meet to exchange idea and experience. Team mentoring is also done to generate creativity among the professionals.
